BASELINE CONSTRUCTION LTD. is looking for a reliable and experienced Framing Carpenter / Construction Worker to join our team for residential renovation and construction projects throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
Work includes:
* Wall framing and interior framing
* Wood framing and structural framing
* Installing doors and openings
* Drywall installation and repairs
* Wall construction and modifications
* Basic demolition and renovation work
* General carpentry and construction tasks
* Working with other trades to complete projects
We are looking for someone who:
* Has construction or framing experience
* Can read basic measurements and work accurately
* Has experience with power tools and hand tools
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
* Has a valid driver's licence and transportation
* Has their own basic tools (preferred)
Pay: $25–$40/hour depending on experience and skill level.
Experienced workers who can independently complete framing and drywall work may qualify for a higher rate.
Employment: Part-time / Project-based
Location:Vancouver & Lower Mainland
