We are looking for a float home owner or two, who want secure, permanent, legal moorage in the New West,Richmond area. The facility is fully serviced and will have only three float homes in total.
The Facility will be owned entirely by the three floathome owners. Costs will be $12000 per annum split 3 ways for water lease.
Hydro, Gas, Main sewer, City water. These costs plus insurance. 2 parking spaces for each home. Deep water, no grounding.
Newer float homes preferred, concrete flotation preferred.
