About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, hard-working General Labourer to join our crew on custom home builds and renovations. This is a hands-on role supporting our Foremen, Lead Carpenters, and trades on-site — perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential construction. No experience? No problem — we'll train the right attitude. Have 3-5 years of experience? You'll be paid accordingly and given more responsibility as you grow with us.
What You'll Do
● Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and site preparation
● Support the Foreman, Lead Carpenter, and trades with daily tasks as directed
● Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe at all times
● Help with physical tasks such as digging, demolition assistance, and cleanup
● Learn proper tool use and safety procedures from experienced crew members
● Treat customers' homes and property with care and respect
What We're Looking For
● A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
● Punctual, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team
● Comfortable with physical labour on a construction site
● Steel-toe work boots (required); own basic hand tools an asset
● Reliable transportation to jobsites, (North Van, West Van and Vancouver)
● WorkSafeBC awareness or willingness to learn safety procedures
● 0–5+ years of construction/labour experience (entry-level welcome; 3–5 years preferred for higher pay tier)
What We Offer
● Competitive wage: $22–25/hr (entry-level) or $25–28/hr (3–5 yrs experience), based on skill level and probation status
● Daily bonus incentive — currently $24/day for successful completion of admin duties (photos & timesheets)
● Paid sick days and vacation pay (4%, increasing to 6% after 1 year)
● Dental and extended health benefits after 3-month probation
● Travel allowance for company-related driving. Company van may be available.

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm (occasional overtime/Saturdays as needed)
