Circle Restoration, a well established Metro-Vancouver based restoration company, is seeking skilled carpenters to join our existing crews. We offer year round employment within a great working environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Building Envelope Remediation, Balcony and Deck Rebuilds and Re-coatings, Building Exterior Waterproofing, Structural Framing Repairs, Window and Door Replacements and knowledge of interior finishing.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential envelope restoration
- Excellent command of English - both written and verbal
- Valid BC Drivers License - ICBC Driver's Abstract required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to promote a positive safety culture targeting for zero incidents and accidents
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Understanding of job task planning and organization
- Construction deficiency and problem solving
- Ability to provide concise written reports from site inspections
- Proven track record in reliability and attendance
