RACQUET STRINGING TIPS
Players who wish to increase the power of their shots are advised to string them at lower tensions. Lower string tension allows the string to stretch more and propel the ball/shuttle with more power. Lower tension also increases string life.
Players who wish to increase the precision of their shots are advised to string their racquets at higher tensions. Higher tensions also reduce the power of shots and shorten string life.
