Heritage Flight Museum seeks a Visual Assets Manager. This position covers the museum’s digital image collections, social media, website, publications, exhibits and signage. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, able to manage routine website maintenance and have basic content creation skills such as photography and writing. A knowledge of marketing concepts is a plus.
Duties to perform will include graphic design for advertising, merchandise and exhibits; assembly, editing and layout of publications; promoting the museum through our social media and other online platforms; organizing our visual assets collection and creating content for our social media, newsletter and website.
Visual Assets Manager coordinates with museum staff and volunteers, local print shops and remote web hosting service as needed. Depending on the needs of the employee, hours could range from part-time to full-time. Hourly wage between $17.13-$25.00. Wages commensurate with experience. This position is on-site only.
