We are hiring Production Associates immediately for a Premier Wood Manufacturing Company! (Day & Night Shifts Available)
Location: Burlington, WA
Pay: $22.50 per hour (Day Shift) | $24.00 per hour (Night Shift)
Schedule: 6am–6pm OR 6pm–6am | 3 Days On/2 Days Off Rotating
Type: Full Time | Temp-to-Hire after 90 Days

Job Duties:
Load materials into production equipment
Monitor production flow and ensure accuracy
Measure, inspect, and verify product quality
Band, package, and prepare wood stacks for shipment
Communicate with team members via 2-way radio
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable transportation to Burlington
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced, warm environment (industrial fans & AC provided)
Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions
Experience in construction, roofing, warehouse, labor, or restaurant work is a plus
