Railyard Apothecary has a ~100 sq. ft. office available available now in our Apothecary. We have three offices in total occupied by various holistic health practitioners, including herbalists, a naturopathic doctor, a massage therapist and a footcare provider.
The office available is shared with the footcare provider, and includes use of a very nice electric operated massage table.
The room is currently available all day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, also weekends. The rate is $165/month for one day/week. The monthly rate makes it available for you exclusively on the day(s) of the week that you sublease. The rate for two days/week is $297, three days/week is $396.
Spring water, wifi, trash, compost and recycling included.
Location is in the heart of the vibrant South End Arts District.
Railyard Apothecary is a worker-owned co-op whose primary goal to provide high-quality, affordable medicinal herbs and health education to the Burlington community and beyond. We have a retail herbal apothecary, an herbal clinic, and we host workshops and events. Dozens of people every week visit our retail store, providing potential exposure for you to reach new clients.
