Sweet 5 year old Terrier Mix Needs New Home

Due to unforeseen personal reasons, we need to rehome our sweet terrier/shih tzu mix, Gruffalo. He is approximately 5 years old, 26 lbs. is neutered and is up to date on all vaccinations. He is super friendly and sweet with kids (hasn't been exposed to really small kids), and other dogs. He has lived with cats but likes to chase them. He loves to be petted and snuggle up next to you while watching tv. He is house, leash and crate trained. He does require regular grooming. $100 re-homing fee, food and all other supplies provided. Reach out if you'd like to meet him! He would love to be in a home with another dog but would do fine by himself with lots of attention.
