We have a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse in bunker hill. 13 Sanford Dr. We are attempting to rent the basement which includes a bedroom and a full private bath. Approx 700sqft total. Available immediately. $875 includes wi fi and utilities.
Ideally looking for 1 person but would consider 2 people with a bump up for utilities. Also, pets are favorably considered with a bump in security deposit and rent. We're not difilficult to get along with.
A.background and credit check will be required. Photos avilable upon request. Let's talk.
