Bought a property with a 50' x 30' slab already poured. Looking for someone with excellent framing skills - very straight forward house. Rectangle with gable ends and a front gable covering porch area. 10 ft exterior walls with 18" overhang. This job will be just exterior framing, installing roofing shingles and all exterior cladding - all materials on-site.
