We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations Manager to help lead our growing and diverse operation.
Our facility includes organic food milling and packaging, SQF food-safety requirements, 3PL warehousing, and e-commerce fulfillment. We don't expect candidates to have experience in all of these areas. If you have strong warehouse or operations experience and knowledge in some of these areas, we can teach the rest.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily receiving, warehousing, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment operations.
Manage, train, schedule, and support warehouse employees.
Coordinate materials and finished goods for milling and packaging operations.
Maintain accurate inventory, lot tracking, and product locations.
Support SQF, organic, food-safety, sanitation, and traceability requirements.
Manage 3PL customer inventory, receiving, storage, and outbound shipments.
Oversee e-commerce picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment.
Utilize and help improve our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Maintain an organized, safe, clean, and efficient warehouse.
Develop better processes and help improve productivity as the company grows.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Accounting, Sales, and Management.
What We're Looking For
Warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with some combination of food manufacturing, milling, packaging, SQF, organic products, 3PL, WMS, inventory control, or e-commerce is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
A hands-on leader willing to work alongside the team when needed.
Someone who values accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
You do not need to know every part of our business. We are looking for someone with a strong operational foundation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to lead. We can teach the right person the areas they haven't worked in before.
