SIMOS is hiring dependable Warehouse Associates for peak-season positions in Buford, GA! Responsibilities include picking and packing products in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse.
Peak Incentive: Earn an additional $1.00 per hour for each hour worked from November 15- December 12, 2026.
Peak Availability: Associates must be available throughout the peak blackout period, November 23- December 19, 2026. Please avoid requesting time off during this period. Working the Saturday after Thanksgiving, November 28, is required.
Shift: 1st Shift Picker/Packer | Monday- Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Requirements:
• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Must be flexible for overtime
• Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes are required

Job Responsibilities
• Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and pallets safely
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, EPJ if certified)
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned
• Ability to lift parts weighing up to 60 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
• Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
• Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
• Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
• Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
• Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $16.00 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
