Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Line Cook to join our kitchen team full-time. This position primarily focuses on daytime shifts (breakfast and lunch), making it ideal for someone looking for consistent hours and a manageable schedule without late-night closes.

Responsibilities
Prep, cook, and plate breakfast and lunch menu items quickly and accurately to specification.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked line station throughout the shift.
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
Assist with shift setup, prep tasks, and line breakdown/cleaning at the end of service.
Work collaboratively with both front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
Qualifications
Previous kitchen line experience is a plus, but a great work ethic and strong baseline skills go a long way.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume daytime environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
