2014 Yamaha R1 Engine - $1,500

Engine ran when pulled, had just over 44,200 miles. The PO hid some undesirables from me when I purchased the bike and I ended up putting in a spare I had instead of doing the engine work this will need.
The good:
- Complete engine with no modified/cut wires.
- SAI/Pair system block off plates
- Manual cam chain tensioner
The bad:
- Will most likely need a valve check given the mileage.
- Needs an oil pan, PO stripped the threads on the drain plug.
- Needs an oil fill cap (plugged it for now with that yellow cap seen in photos).
- Crankcase is cracked around the crank cover right in the seam, I’m not a welder so you can either have it welded or replace the cases. PO hid this from me with JB Weld. It didn’t leak thankfully but I’m a perfectionist and once I knew about it I couldn’t ignore it.

Engine has been in my garage with all the intake/exhaust ports and spark plug holes covered. I have also plugged the coolant lines with rubber caps to prevent debris finding its way in.
