Hokkaido Ramen House & Sushi is looking for an experienced Sushi Chef / Sushi Roll Chef to join our team.
Pay: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience and skill level.
Positions & Pay:
* $25/hour – Sushi Roll Chef: Must be experienced and able to make sushi rolls quickly, neatly, and consistently.
* Up to $30/hour – Experienced Sushi Chef: Must be skilled in sushi rolls, nigiri, sushi, and sashimi, including proper fish cutting, preparation, and presentation.
Requirements:
* Around 2+ years of sushi experience preferred
* Must have restaurant sushi station experience
* Good knife skills
* Able to work efficiently during busy hours
* Clean, organized, and responsible
* Reliable and punctual
* Able to work well with a team
This is not an entry-level position. Pay will be based on your actual experience and skill level.
