We are seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and service-minded Server to join our private club team. As a Server, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and their guests.
Our members are at the heart of everything we do. Your primary responsibility will be to tend to our members with genuine care, attentiveness, and personalized service, anticipating their needs and delivering hospitality that goes beyond expectations.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys building relationships with members, and understands that in a private club, exceptional service is about more than simply taking an order—it’s about creating an experience.
Responsibilities
• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to club members and their guests.
• Anticipate member needs and consistently look for opportunities to take service to the next level.
• Develop positive, professional relationships with members while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
• Have a thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials, beverages, ingredients, and club offerings.
• Accurately take orders and communicate effectively with the culinary and management teams.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally while maintaining proper presentation and service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
• Work closely with fellow servers, culinary staff, bartenders, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Handle member requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented attitude.
• Follow all club standards for hospitality, sanitation, safety, and service.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support your colleagues whenever needed.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest and member service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished, and personable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with culinary and management staff.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible.
• Ability to remain calm, gracious, and professional while handling a variety of member needs.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Schedule
We are seeking candidates with availability for both day and evening/night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Flexible scheduling and availability will be important in supporting the needs of our members and club operations.
