We are seeking a reliable, experienced individual for ongoing general maintenance and property repair work throughout the city.
🛠️ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Interior and exterior painting
* Drywall patching and minor repairs
* Basic carpentry and handyman work
* Property maintenance and upkeep
* Minor repairs and general labor
* Other maintenance tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Previous maintenance or handyman experience
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Must have basic tools and know how to use them
✅ Ability to work independently and efficiently
✅ Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
✅ Available for evening shifts
POSITION DETAILS:
💵 $25/hour
📅 25+ hours weekly
