We’re an established local property management company looking for an experienced, dependable Live-In Superintendent for full-time, year-round work. A free one-bedroom apartment is provided after successful completion of a 30-day probationary period.
You’ll handle maintenance and repairs at multiple properties, all located in Buffalo within approximately five minutes of each other. You should be comfortable handling everyday repairs independently, including painting, drywall, basic plumbing and electrical, flooring, and minor carpentry.
