You set your own schedule. Want to work 4 days a week? Done. Need to take a Friday off or plan a vacation? No problem. We don't micromanage — we just need the work done right.
All of our properties are vacant. 24-hour access to every job site. No homeowners looking over your shoulder, no having to work around someone's family schedule. Just you and the project.
We flow work seamlessly from job to job. No sitting around waiting for the next thing to start. We keep you moving and keep you earning.
You can still take on side work. We set things up so this doesn't have to be exclusive. If you've got other clients, keep them.
Pay runs $22-28/hour or by the job, plus performance incentives on top of that.

You'll need your own tools, reliable transportation, and insurance. This is 1099 independent contractor work.
