Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests with a warm, positive attitude.
Manage reservations and the waitlist.
Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
Work closely with the restaurant team to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
