ProStar Staffing is currently hiring Inserter Operators for a growing production facility in Buffalo Grove, IL. Our client is a leading business-to-business communications company specializing in billing services, transactional mail, and customer communication management, providing critical communication and document solutions to businesses nationwide.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule Options:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Set up and operate high-speed inserting equipment
Insert materials into envelopes using automated inserting machines
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate, error-free production
Complete production and quality documentation
Assist with mail processing and strapping equipment
Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed
Follow company safety procedures and production standards
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or production experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
