I have fig trees for sale from my garden. I have a bunch of different cultivars of fig trees that I have been growing in my yard for the last 20 years. I grow them in 30 gallon barrels that I roll into my garage to overwinter. Figs need to have a place to overwinter (insulated garage or cool basement will suffice) as they aren't as hardy as some plants but some varieties will over winter if planted directly in the ground (Brown Turkey).
I reccomend planting these fig trees in 5 gallon pots for the first few years then relocate to a bigger pot or in a greenhouse if you are that lucky, then you will get figs all year round! Typical harvests for fig trees are in the fall, but sometimes if you put them out in the spring early enough you can get a double crop (usually april-may).
