Experienced Commercial Carpenter / Glazier / Installer – Short-Term

All Systems Go is looking for highly skilled commercial tradesperson to assist with an upcoming modular/architectural wall installation project in the Amherst, NY area.
This is a short-term, project-based opportunity for experienced people who can walk onto a commercial jobsite, understand the work, use tools properly, take direction, and produce clean, accurate finished work without constant supervision.
Direct architectural wall experience is a major plus, but it is not required. Experienced commercial carpenters, glaziers, storefront installers, millwork installers, door/frame installers, and other skilled commercial tradespeople with strong transferable abilities are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Be Working On:
The project involves installation of Infinium Quantum architectural wall systems, including work such as:
Architectural wall assembly and installation
Accurate measuring, layout, leveling, and alignment
Installation of frames, panels, trim, doors, glass, and related components
Reading plans, elevations, and installation drawings
Using lasers, levels, hand tools, and power tools
Adjustment, finish work, and punch-list completion
Working alongside an experienced ASG installation crew
Who We're Looking For:
Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years of skilled commercial construction or installation experience, particularly in areas such as:
Commercial finish carpentry
Architectural millwork
Commercial glazing or storefront systems
Doors, frames, and hardware
Architectural or modular wall systems
Commercial interiors
Demountable wall systems
We care more about skill, craftsmanship, reliability, and the ability to get the job done than whether your previous job title was specifically "architectural wall installer."
You should be comfortable reading a tape measure, working from drawings, using a laser and level, handling finished architectural materials, and maintaining professional commercial-jobsite quality standards.

Project Details:
Approximately two weeks of work
$35–$45/hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability
Independent Contractor (1099), project-based engagement
Local candidates preferred
No travel
Potential overtime depending on project schedule
Additional project opportunities may be available for contractors who perform well and are interested in longer term employment.
Contractors should have:
Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
Their own basic hand tools
Appropriate commercial construction experience
Valid identification and authorization to work in the United States
Ability to meet project and jobsite safety requirements
