Concrete Laborer / Construction General Laborer Employment Type: Full-timePay Range: (based on experience) Premier Concrete is a leading residential and commercial concrete contractor specializing in [pours, foundations, flatwork, stamped/decorative concrete, driveways, or sidewalks]. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality craftsmanship, safe job sites, and steady work year-round. We are looking for motivated, reliable Concrete Laborers to join our growing crew.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Preparation: Set, align, and strip concrete forms; excavate, grade, and level sub-bases prior to pouring.Concrete Placement: Transport concrete using wheelbarrows or buggies; spread, rake, and screed wet concrete ahead of finishers. Demolition & Clean-up: Break out and haul away old concrete, debris, and materials using jackhammers, sledgehammers, and hand tools. Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize tools, lumber, rebar, wire mesh, and equipment across active job sites.Maintenance & Support: Mix cement, mortar, and concrete mixtures by hand or mixer; keep equipment and work spaces clean and safe.Safety Adherence: Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA standards, including wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.Qualifications & RequirementsPhysical Capability: Ability to perform heavy physical labor in all weather conditions, lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, and stand/kneel for extended periods. Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and able to work early mornings and overtime when required. Experience: Prior construction or concrete experience preferred, but entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
