- Batch concrete products using computer or manual controls with the proper mix.
- Make raw material adjustments in coordination with the quality control team.
- Complete customer orders, schedule deliveries, and handle paperwork.
- Help with small plant maintenance and material handling as needed.

- Communicate with drivers to keep customer orders on track.
- Follow safety, quality, and environmental requirements at all times.
