We are seeking an experienced, personable, and service-driven Bartender / Tender to join our team and become an integral part of the member experience.
This position is ideal for someone who is equally passionate about craft cocktails, hospitality, and creating genuine relationships with members. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working both day and night shifts, understands the standards of high-end food and beverage service, and takes pride in anticipating and exceeding the needs of our membership.
What You’ll Do
Provide warm, attentive, and highly personalized service to members and their guests.
Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, including classic/traditional cocktails, modern craft cocktails, and contemporary creations.
Have a strong understanding of spirits, wine, beer, cocktail techniques, and beverage presentation.
Deliver knowledgeable and polished food and beverage service in an upscale environment.
Engage with members naturally and professionally, building relationships and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Anticipate member needs and preferences and consistently look for ways to elevate their experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented bar and service area.
Follow all service, sanitation, and responsible beverage-service standards.
Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a high level of personal accountability.
Be flexible and comfortable working daytime, evening, weekend, and special-event shifts.
What We’re Looking For
Previous bartending experience in a high-end restaurant, private club, hotel, luxury hospitality, or member-focused environment.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and modern mixology.
Solid understanding of food and beverage service.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A naturally warm, outgoing, and engaging personality.
Someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in tending to people, not simply tending bar.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to remain composed, attentive, and personable in a busy environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistently high service standards.
Flexibility to work both days and nights, including weekends and holidays as needed.
