We have an established cleaning system that works well. Each apartment typically takes approximately two hours to clean, sometimes less for an experienced cleaner.
We're looking for someone who can follow our existing process, work efficiently, and consistently deliver excellent results.
### Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Change bedding and replace towels
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces
- Restock guest supplies and toiletries
- Check for damage or missing items
- Make sure each apartment is clean, organized, and ready for incoming guests
- Handle linens and laundry as needed
### Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience required
- Airbnb, vacation rental, or hotel cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including some weekends
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable following an established cleaning checklist
### Schedule and Compensation
**Pay: $40 per hour**
Each apartment has an established cleaning routine designed to take approximately two hours. Most turnovers are completed within that time.
Typical cleaning assignments:
- One apartment: Approximately 2 hours ($80)
- Both apartments: Approximately 4 hours ($160)
Cleaning is scheduled around guest checkouts and upcoming reservations. The number of turnovers varies depending on bookings.
This is an ongoing, as-needed opportunity, not a fixed weekly schedule.
