Business Analytics Manager (Austin)

The Business Analytics Manager oversees the budget, planning, forecasting, and reporting processes with administration of the financial systems that power them. This position owns the annual budget and rolling forecast process, builds and maintains executive reporting packages, and serves as the liaison between departments for system-related initiatives.

• A bachelor’s degree
• At least two years of experience in financial planning or analysis
• At least two years of transportation or industry experience or related field
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite – i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Experience with an FP&A software platform
• Experience with database queries
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to think logically and critically
• Experience with presenting analyses
• Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
• Must have the ability to work well in a team environment
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must demonstrate initiative and be driven to meet customer needs and expectations
