2014 International 4300 26' Box Truck Needs Transmission, 221 - $11,000 (Buda)

2014 International DuraStar 4300 with a 26-foot box and 221,677 miles. This is a former moving truck, and I'm closing out the moving company. Sold AS IS, no warranty.
The big item: the transmission is out and the truck does not drive. Kingdom Diesel & Fleet in Buda quoted $5,989.57 to install a replacement Allison 2100RDS (written estimate dated 9/22/2026, available on request). The price reflects that repair.
