We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators and Loader Operators for a busy warehouse/agricultural facility. We have both seasonal and long-term opportunities available. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and ready to start immediately.
OPEN POSITIONS
Forklift Operator – Seasonal
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40+ hours per week
Experience: 1–2 years of forklift or related equipment operating experience

Loader Operator – Long-Term full time ( not seasonal )
Pay: Up to $24.00/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 2 years of loader/heavy equipment operating experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Safely operate forklifts, loaders, and other assigned warehouse equipment.
- Load, unload, move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility.
- Transport and stack pallets, bulk materials, finished products, and other warehouse materials.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist with pallet stacking, wrapping, material handling, and general warehouse duties.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operating policies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
- Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Forklift Operator: 1–2 years of relevant forklift/equipment operating experience.
- Loader Operator: Minimum 2 years of loader/heavy equipment operating experience.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, or production experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of equipment and warehouse safety.
- Ability to work in a physically active environment that may include heat, dust, noise, and indoor/outdoor working conditions.
- Must be dependable and able to work the required full-time schedule.
- Must have proper documentation required to complete the E-Verify employment verification process.
