This S1 has been well cared for, kept clean and works exactly as it should. The 40W diode laser provides considerably more cutting power than the lower versions, while the enclosed design provides a much cleaner and more convenient workspace.
The S1 can cut materials such as wood, leather, MDF, paper and certain acrylics, while it can also engrave materials including wood, leather, stainless steel, coated metals, dark glass, ceramic, marble and more. The exact material compatibility depends on the material and laser configuration, but the 40W S1 is particularly capable for cutting thicker materials compared with lower-powered diode systems.
This is a well-equipped package, including the xTool S1 40W laser machine, rotary attachment, Air Assist system, air purifier and original box packaging. The rotary setup allows you to work on cylindrical items such as tumblers, bottles, glasses and other round objects, while the Air Assist helps produce cleaner cuts and engraving by managing smoke and debris during operation.
