Job Summary
We are seeking motivated, licensed Apprentice and Journeyman Electricians for local projects (Waco to Austin to North Houston to College Station Corridor) and occasional out-of-town work within Texas. Out-of-town assignments (less than 20%) run Monday through Friday with majority weekends spent at home.
Key Responsibilities & Preferred Experience
Conduit & Wiring: Installation of rigid conduit, associated boxes, condulets, and fittings using manual and powered threaders.
Electrical Gear: Installation and wiring of Motor Control Centers (MCCs), VFD's, starters, generators, and automatic transfer switches.
Specialized Infrastructure: Experience performing electrical work on lift stations, pump stations, water/wastewater treatment facilities, and controls/SCADA systems (a strong plus).
Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe workspace, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure all work meets National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, project specifications and contractors standards.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) Electrician License (Apprentice or Journeyman).
Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.
Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening.
Travel: Willingness to travel M-F within Texas on occasion for overnight projects ( not a requirement but beneficial).

Complete hand tool set
Impact driver
1/2" Hammer drill
Reciprocating saw (Sawzall)
Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle required to travel to and from shop (Company truck provided for eligible positions).

Paid Holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days), Christmas (2 days min.), and New Year's (2 days min.).
