Job Description: As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will take inbound calls, answer customer questions, handle service requests, or assist with bookings. You get to choose your own client program and schedule your work hours around your personal life.
Core Responsibilities: Answer inbound customer service or sales calls in a professional manner.Resolve customer issues and answer questions accurately.Navigate computer programs and systems while speaking with callers.Meet client performance metrics for quality and call handle time.Maintain a quiet, distraction-free home office workspace.
Qualifications & Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older.Authorized to work in the United States.Provide your own equipment (computer with high-speed internet, and a dedicated landline or headset as required by the client).Pass a standard background check. Successfully complete the required client certification course.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
