My husband and I currently use the space for our business and are planning a move. I’m posting on behalf of the property owner and will connect interested parties directly with him regarding rent, lease terms, availability, and other details.
The building is home to a mix of small businesses, including therapists and healing practitioners. The office itself is spacious and has worked well for both individual client sessions and small workshops. Parking is available behind the building.
The space is currently furnished, and some or all of the furnishings may be available for purchase if the next tenant is interested. In addition to the furnishings shown in the photo, the office currently has a large expandable white table with eight chairs, a large TV monitor with a stand, a large rolling whiteboard, a storage cabinet behind the room divider, and a bench. We have used the table, monitor, and whiteboard for small workshops.
