Monday through Thursday. Every Friday off.
6:45 AM to 6:00 PM, Mon-Thu. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off, every week, all year.
Year-round work. We don't lay off in the winter.
Weekly pay, 52 weeks a year. Overtime available.

About us:
D&D Decorators has been in Brunswick since 1986. We're the largest painting contractor in Glynn County, 50+ people, all in-house, no subs. Interior and exterior, residential and commercial, across Brunswick, St. Simons, Sea Island, Jekyll, and Glynn County. We have painters here who've been with us 10, 15, and over 20 years.
We promote from within. Our ladder runs Laborer → Apprentice 1-2-3 → Painter → Journeyman → Assistant Foreman → Foreman → Assistant PM → Project Manager, with a written pay rate at every step. Several of our Project Managers started as Laborers.
What we need:
At least 2 years painting for a painting company or contractor, interior or exterior hand painting, brush and roller, not spray-only. Painting done alongside another trade doesn't count for this role, but ask about our trainee opening.
Show up, be on time, take pride in the work, treat your crew right.
Straight talk:
- Drug screen for hard drugs. We do not test for THC.
- Background check. Recent theft, burglary or violent convictions in the last 7-10 years. Something on your record doesn't automatically disqualify you, just be upfront.
- Some work is on extension ladders up to 40 feet.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
