Edit: I have received several texts from individuals seeking daily or weekly rates. I know from experience it is sometimes difficult to accumulate the funds for monthly rent rates. That being said I may be willing to rent on a daily or weekly basis. I will require other conditions in these cases. I have assumed the lease on a home in bruceton. I will have rooms available the first of August. 2 rooms will be ready and others soon after. If interested respond through this posting. Must be willing to submit to background check. Background will not automatically exclude anyone from potentially renting a room. But,being dishonest most likely will. Rent will range from 200 to 350 per room per month. First and last month due at move in. Rent and deposit may be negotiable. If you have pets we can discuss allowing them to stay. Anyone with a vehicle,especially a truck or van would be very welcome and an opportunity to make extra money or a discount on rent.More details and conditions to be discussed.
