Looking for Nov 1 move in.
Currently the space is shared by 4 artists and we are looking for 1 more person to join.
The studio is 900 sq ft has an attached bathroom, Air conditioning and heat, a wood burning stove, a kitchenette with sink+common eating area and a private roof deck.
The building has 12 studio units occupied by artists, musicians, florists and has 24/7 access. No elevator, our studio is up a small flight of stairs.
Located near Classon and Bergen (10min to C and 12 min walk to 4/6).
Rent: $690/ per person per month
Utilities: $80-120/month (on average-includes Wifi+heat/ electricity+ shared supplies+ building trash and cleaning)
Minimum: 3-6 months (option to extend)
We are 4 artists- an illustrator (me), a graphic designer, an event planner, a painter and an occasional pup.
We each have our own corner and storage space in the studio. We are quiet, respectful, open communicators and open to pets!
The photos reflect the current layout of the space- open to moving things around for new studio mates!
First month rent upfront and one month's rent as security deposit
