Warehouse Distributor – South Slope - Brooklyn, New York, NY
Schedule: Part-time, 2 hours/day, 8:30–10:30 AM, [Monday–Friday], Additional Hours may be available
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
About the role
The Part-Time Warehouse Associate will support daily fulfillment operations during a fixed morning shift. The successful candidate will prepare outbound deliveries, maintain the organization and cleanliness of the facility, and provide administrative support related to inventory and shipping records. This role offers a consistent schedule and is well suited to an individual seeking stable, structured part-time employment.
Responsibilities
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for outgoing deliveries
• Receive, sort, and shelve incoming inventory
• Organize storage areas and maintain accurate placement of stock
• Sweep, clean, and keep the warehouse floor and work areas safe and orderly
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating inventory records, logging shipments, filing, and basic data entry
Essential functions and physical requirements
With or without reasonable accommodation, this position requires the ability to:
• Lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 70 lbs
• Safely climb and work from ladders to access elevated shelving
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and kneel for the duration of the shift
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise
Qualifications
• Reliable and punctual for a fixed morning schedule
• Basic computer skills for inventory entry and recordkeeping
• Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions
• Prior warehouse experience helpful but not required; training provided
