This is a livestrong LS8.0T treadmill. It’s a sturdy model with lots of extras. But it quickly seems to want more lubricant on the belt, not sure what that’s about. I’ve put a bunch of silicone spray (in photo, comes with, along with belt adjuster in photo) and it works but not for long before demanding more. Also the on/off switch is gone so you have to plug it into a power strip and use that to turn it on and off. The thick rubber mat comes with it, but is a little cracked with age. One nice feature is pistons so it’s easy to lift the back for cleaning and so it takes up less space. It’s quite heavy probably 150-200lbs.
