Driver Requirements:
- Valid TLC Driver License
- Valid DMV driver’s license
- Recent, reasonably clean driving history
- Only the approved renter may operate the vehicle
Rental Terms:
- $550 weekly payment due in advance
- Refundable security deposit equal to one week’s rent also in advance
- Minimum rental period applies (must declare return weeks in advance for deposit refund)
- Routine maintenance is included
- Charging/electricity, tolls, parking, tickets, impound fees, and cleaning costs are not included
- Renter is responsible for damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized drivers
- Vehicle must be kept clean and returned in the same condition
- Pickup location will be provided to approved applicants
- Signed rental agreement and document verification required before receiving the vehicle
