We are a bunch of supportive and collaborative individuals looking for someone who really wants to make meaningful contributions to the space and our community.
We have an opening in our friendly loft that has been throwing art, music, meditation, and tech events for over 8 years!
While we are mainly made up of individuals in art and tech, we also dabble in baking, sour dough, kombucha, fashion, music from ambient to folk, climbing, DJing, and Plants to name a few of our interests.
We have an opportunity for a new roommate to stay for a flexible period of time in a big private partially furnished bedroom that features a very large lofted area with a queen size mattress, and many other essential pieces of furniture. It is perfect for those wanting to exercise creative and technological skills as we are a community of artists and tech focused individuals.

Very large plant filled living room that gets a ton of light
2 full bathrooms -One has a new bathtub and shower
All Utilities Included.
Toilet Paper and other home essentials provided often tho it's nice to chip in on more fancy home + kitchen
Giant Finished Roof.
Laundry in Building
We chip in on a cleaning person who is coming once every two weeks to a month.
We all pitch in to keep the place clean and the vibes very welcoming and supportive.
Original hardwood floors.
Great street parking. Better than 90% of NYC.
The loft is 3 minutes away from Morgan train station.
The L train is a block away.
The J and M are about 5 blocks away.
20 minutes away from Midtown.

We have lots of plants growing that help purify the air. It is home to a community of people working in different art and design related fields.
The roommates are very friendly and are happy to welcome new people to the apartment and neighborhood.
We cook meals together, share fruits / veggies, and other cooking supplies often.
It is usually quiet by 11 or midnight during the weekdays
We try hard to keep the place clean and the vibes positive.
DOG and 420 Friendly..
We should have another room opening up later in the year!
