It's a nice, spacious one-bedroom apartment across from a park in Crown Heights. The place gets amazing light, and it's a decent size living room/kitchen and bedroom. The unit does not have a washer or dryer, but there is a coin laundromat less than a block away. The apartment comes with everything you would need for a stay including kitchenware, towels, blankets, etc.
In addition to the great views, the apartment has a Citi Bike station right outside. It's also directly between the 3 and C trains, and there is ample street parking around the park.
The rent is $2800/month with utilities included. There will also be a refundable security deposit of $2800.
