Looking for someone to take over my room in a 2-bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy, a couple blocks from the Myrtle-Willoughby G train stop and close to Herbert Von King Park. You can be added to the lease, which runs through September 2027.

The room gets great natural light and can fit a queen bed. It comes with a bed and dresser already in it, yours to use or you can bring your own. There's also an AC unit in the room for the summer.

My roommate is a woman in her early 30s — easygoing, clean, and respectful. It's a genuinely chill and low-drama living situation. Apartment is on the second floor. Sorry no pets.

Available August 1st. Would love to find someone who'll take good care of the space and be a good fit with my roommate.
