The apartment is a second-floor walk-up in a pre-war building currently occupied by four young professionals (3M/1F) -- we just started our lease and are looking for someone to hold a room before the final roommate moves in.
The room is ~9x11 feet. It comfortably fits a full bed and has a massive closet. There are two large windows, so you would get lots of light. You would share a bathroom with one other person.
The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common space is quickly coming together.
Transit:
- 5min from Kingston Ave C stop
- 10min from Utica Ave and Nostrand A stops
- 15min from Kingston Ave 3/4 stop
- Within blocks of several bus lines (B43, B44, B65)
