I’m subletting my furnished, very spacious apartment from November - March and looking for responsible people who will take good care of it while I’m away.
THE APARTMENT - Two huge bedrooms (enough to fit desks) with windows facing trees, closets and extremely quiet.
The apartment also has a bathroom with a deep soaking tub, a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, gas stove, a huge living room, and a separate dining area. No laundry in the building but many launderomats close by.
Perfect for roomates, both bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the living room. Utilities included - Heat, hot water, Cable/Internet
THE BUILDING is Beautiful, well-maintained, clean elevator building. 24/7 garage in the building next door.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD - PLG / Flatbush is a fantastic neighborhood with everything you need close by. Easy access to the 2, 5 and Q trains, as well as buses, lots of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies and neighborhood spots within walking distance.
I’m looking for responsible, respectful people to sublet the apartment for the full period or a significant portion of it.
