This is a group of independent creatives with our own space within our warehouse style 1000 sq feet. High ceilings, 3 functioning freight style elevators. Great neighborhood, and amazing views of the Manhattan Bridge.

All creatives are welcome *but if you are a jeweler we share tanks, polisher, rolling mill and benches and bench space is available.
