Cotiso Plasters imports premium decorative lime plasters directly from Bergamo, Italy, for New York's designers, architects and applicators. We share a home with a working decorative plaster and painting studio, so you'll be surrounded by real projects, real material and real craft every day.
We're looking for one thoughtful person to help run the studio and grow the brand alongside the founder.
What your days look like
- Answering calls and emails, and helping clients find the right finish
- Turning inquiries into orders, invoices and trade accounts
- Scheduling pickups and deliveries, and keeping inventory straight
- Running our Shopify store, email and Instagram, with light site updates
- Writing product content and helping people find us on Google
- Keeping the studio organized, calm and moving forward
- Helping with physical studio tasks, including organizing materials, handling products, preparing samples and assisting with deliveries
- Taking initiative, identifying what needs attention and handling day-to-day responsibilities independently
You might be the one if you
- Are soft-spoken, patient and genuinely enjoy helping people
- Are organized enough that nothing falls through the cracks
- Have experience in marketing, sales, or launching a brand
- Are comfortable with Google Ads, Shopify, Canva, social media and basic SEO
- Love materials, design or art, or want to learn
- Are independent, resourceful and comfortable making decisions and solving problems without constant supervision
- Take initiative, anticipate needs and follow through on tasks
- Enjoy a hands-on working environment that combines desk work with practical studio responsibilities

Pay: $23-27/h, plus commission on trade accounts.
