    Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Expand existing relationship with current customers through needs based process

    • Qualifications

  • Bilingual Preferred: Spanish/Russian
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life, Accident, and Health license (must be able to obtain)
