I've just had the bicycle tuned up. The bike is mechanically sound. The brakes are strong, the shifting is smooth, and the wheels are true.
The bike also has a new chain, a new seat, and new tubes. The bike also comes with a kickstand and a black water bottle holder \ cage. The bike also has points of attachment for attaching a rear rack. The only issues are that the seat is a bit old and the water bottle holder is a bit scratched up, but these issues are actually non-issues. They do not affect the functionality of the bike at all, and the bike overall is clean.
If you want a solid ride that also looks good, this bike should fit you. I've ridden the bicycle for 10 miles since the tune-up and I have had no issues whatsoever.
